Moin,

hab folgendes problem nach dragonfly 9.0.6.1 installation:

wenn sich ein benutzer registrieren will, und das system den aktivierungslink verschicken will, kommt folgende meldung:

Member mail: Die folgende Absenderadresse schlug fehl: noreply@localhost

klar, noreply@localhost is keine gültige email adresse, aber eigentlich müsste das system doch die in "Optionen für Kontakt und Newsletter" eingetragene smtp login email adresse verwenden, sofern vorhanden.

ich hab dort ne eigens dafür eingerichtete gmx email adresse eingetragen, über die ich die ganzen system mails gerne verschicken würde, das müsste doch so klappen oder ?

Also kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen, oder stell ich mich einfach nur zu blöd an ? lachen

Because I wanted to test the registration after reading this post, I registered on my own site using an email address of the same domain name. This is what was causing the errors! For some reason, I decided to try another email address from another domain and it worked just fine. I am thinking that the email address being the same domain (ie. test @ kylestubbins.com registering at kylestubbins.com), the domain is being treated as localhost and being denied.

If I would have not used my own domain as an email, I would have never seen this error. Oh well, the good news is small problem has been found and tracked down! Wink Now, trying to find exactly where it barfs is another task!
